A Hamilton Thanksgiving

Mommy apologizes for the lack of pictures. She is going to have to get some from some else, since she needed to take James home because he started to not feel well again. However, she did have the camera out when Amelia was demonstrating our newest love, the swing chair!

Maybe she was just preparing herself for the upcoming trip to the circus!
Happy Thanksgiving Hamilton Family!!!

We love each and everyone of you!

We would also like to say how thankful we are for all of our dearest family members, for they all hold such special places in our hearts and lives. We are also thankful for having such wonderful friends and neighbor/friends, we love all of you so much! We are truly blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives!
Love,
The Hamilton Family

A Ferretti Thanksgiving

Everyone was able to spend Thanksgiving dinner together this year.

Oh, look at that delicious turkey!!!Grandma Judy found the coolest place mats this year, they had a coloring page on the backside! So, we all started to have a coloring contest! Grandma said she is going to try an laminate them so we can reuse them next year!
Uncle Luke's place mat.
*note the cross hairs!

Me and Auntie Jeannine!James and his super silly face!
Our cousin Tim has found a new talent, pie making! His first pies were given to us at last Thanksgiving and so he baked us two more for this Thanksgiving dinner. Tim apologizes for the crispiness of his apple and cherry pie crusts, but it happened out of his control. Tim asked his silly brother Christopher to put the pies in the oven at a specific time and temperature, well Christopher apparently does not know the difference between bake and broil!!! Tim was so mad!

The Ferretti's would like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving!

*Update: On our way back home (5 mins on the road) James got very sick. He later threw up at least 4 more times! Poor little guy! It is a good thing we only live 8 mins away!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

(please note the location of Amelia's turkey eyes)

Meet Me at the Tree House

The "Z" Family met us at the Tree House for a special play date!Whee!!!!
Daddy Daycare?

Daddy was able to join us today due to being rained out at work. He was thrilled to be playing rather than working out in the rain!
This is the little kiddo area that acutally has a gate to keep kids in and out. As you can see Mommy and Liz are no where to be seen!!!!
Mommy and Amelia taking a rest.

Uh-oh! Here comes trouble, just kidding! Everyone played very nicely as usual!

"OK, let's race!"
Another break, this time for some water!
We all had a great time at the Tree House despite how crowded it was (it was crazy busy!)

Bingo Marker Thanksgiving Activities

Mommy is going a little bonkers, because she knows she has valuable teaching manipulatives just waiting to be rediscovered in the crawlspace and one of those treasures are "bingo" markers (plastic transparent circles). So we had to make due with punched out paper circles that were just a little too big for the space, but we got the idea.
We got to choose from a turkey, pilgrim boy/girl, Native American Indian woman and corn. It was fun covering all of the circles, but Amelia was having a little difficulty with the paper circles, when she needed to pick them up they would start to bend and get crinkled which would upset me.
Maybe Mommy will find us some Christmas pictures and some real bingo markers to use next time!

Turkey Day Gifts

First, we painted the center of our plates yellow.

Next, we painted different colors on different parts of our hands.
This is what they looked like once we pressed our hands on the paper. Starting to look like turkeys, right?

Lastly, we added an assortment of paper squares for a nice border, then some legs and an eye and we are all done!

We each made one for our grandparents and made similar Thanksgiving Day cards with our hand printed turkeys to give to all of our aunts and uncles.

Gobble, GOBBLE!!!

Abby's Birthday Party

PUMP IT UP!

"WHEEEE!!!!"

Amelia was a bit hesitant about the large slides, but she found the basket ball court area very appealing!

Abby, James and Lauren were zipping down the big slide so many times we all lost count!
"Hmm, I wonder what all of the kids are lying there waiting for???"
"Look Out!!!"
Lauren's daddy was belly flopping on the big air bubble thing, making everyone fly off!!!
Yes, the adults had just as much fun, if not more fun than the kids!

"I got you!"
Go Amber Go!
Even Abby's mommy had a fun jumping around!
Time for Cake and snacks!!!

Lauren and Abby are in the same preschool class. Small world, huh?!
Happy 4th Birthday, Abby!!!
We had so much fun celebrating it with you!

Just Too Cute

I had to post this picture of Amelia, she looks like such a big girl!

Josher's 2nd Birthday

We have a super jammed pack weekend of birthday parties!
Today, we helped celebrate our buddy Joshua turning two!
He had a birthday party at a really cool place, here are some pictures of some of the things everyone enjoyed playing with/on!

"Beep, Beep, Birthday Boy!"
Isn't that the coolest looking gas station? They even had brushes and sponges to give our cozy coupes a good cleaning!

Zander and James played some interesting music on those long pipes by smacking the openings with flip flops!!!
"Alright guys, feel the burn!"
So cute!!!
This was a really neat tree house that we could climb up and it had a very slippery slide. You can almost see me peeking behind the post.
Here is one of our swim buddies, Makayla. We haven't seen her since her birthday party back in Sept. She has grown so much, she is even walking like a big girl! Thanks Makayla and Missy for playing with me!
I met a new friend, her name is Ashley (not pictured, Mommy wasn't fast enough with the camera). She and I had fun hammering and building things in the tool shed.
"Excuse me officer, is there a problem?"
Here is Mason and Joshers getting ready to drive the fire truck to go fight a blaze!

After we finished playing, it was time to sit down for lunch and then yummy birthday cookie cake!

Thanks Joshua for inviting us to your super fun birthday party. We had a blast playing with all of your friends, family and of course YOU!

Happy Early Birthday!!

Lunch and a Stroll with Papa

"Papa!"

"My turn!"

It was a great day to enjoy some beautiful Fall weather by taking a stroll in the woods. Gotta love the smell of being in the woods!
Thanks Papa for a great lunch and an afternoon just hanging out together!
