at GREAT AMERICA of course!!!
The first thing we did was ride on the Sky Trek, as requested by Amelia.
Then, we headed to the First Aid building to...
visit Uncle Jim, of course!
Doesn't he look good in his fancy safety vest?

Mommy and Daddy were busy talking to Uncle Jim, so we decided to have a seat and rest for a second (literately).

After we played in the Wiggles area, we hopped on board the
Choo-
Choo train. We took a train ride all around the entire park. We had fun watching all of the big rides go by and waving to people as we passed on by. While we were waiting for the train to arrive at the station, a very nice dad and his daughter gave each of us stuffed animals that they had won. We were thrilled and made sure we gave them a big "thank you."

After the train returned to the station, we headed over to James' favorite ride,
Spacely's Sprocket
roller coaster. Mommy took this snapshot of James running his hand back and forth on Daddy's head while Daddy held him in line. Isn't that priceless???

"Uh-oh! Someone is tired!!" As the boys waited in line for the
roller coaster, I thought Amelia would like go on the boat ride. When we parked the stroller, I unbuckled her and she
surprisingly said "No! NO!" and then
proceeded to buckle herself back in to her seat! Now, that's a tired little girl!!! So, we took a little stroll and watched people go down the log ride and with in a few minutes, she was fast asleep! So cute!!!

One last ride. James and I were the first in line, which means James can pick whatever horse he wants! He selected the biggest, most handsome horse on the carousel! Even though there were over 35,000 people visiting the park, we had a blast as usual!

Looks like you had a wonderful day at Great America. Uncle Jim sure does look spiffy in his safety vest! I am sure he loves that picture. We are impressed with Amelia's ability to nap while in the park. She must have been one tired girl, especially if she passed on the boat ride! Glad to see that you got to enjoy such a fun day together.
