OK, so Mommy was being a wuss (she says she needed to catch up on housework) about the heat outside, so Amelia and I thought we would "chill out" with a good book or two.Come on Mommy, weren't you complaining a few months ago that the winter was never going to end????

My mom's been pulling that same thing over here. Can't make 'em happy, can you?? I was begging to go outside today and Mom kept acting like she didn't understand me. I like the activity you chose though...reading always makes me happy.
It was fun to be outside at the splash park. Hopefully we'll get to swim tomorrow!
