Kohl's Childrens Museum

This Thursday Nana took us to a new place to explore, the Kohl's Children's Museum. We had a blast! Here a just a few things that we found irresistible!

Well, if you haven't guessed it, we had a fun filled afternoon at the museum! We will be heading back soon to hit all of the areas that we were just to pooped to explore all in one afternoon!

Chillin' with the "B" Family

This afternoon we had a wonderful play date at Joshers house. He had some new toys (really, really neat toys) to show us. Isn't this the biggest stuffed horse you have ever seen?! It even makes Horsey sounds!!!

Look at Joshers, doesn't look like a pro? So, what do you think he is busy working on? Something very important, don't you think?
Whee!

Heather had the such a fun project planned for us to do, while lunch was getting made. We made Indian Corn Mosaics. They all turned out beautifully!

Well, even us kiddos need a rest from all of that playing.

Loopin' Louie!

We had the "Z" Family over for a play date and lunch this afternoon, and we decided to pull out one of our "newer" games called Loopin' Louie.

Mommy found this little known treasure at her favorite thrift store for about less than 2 bucks! She wasn't quite sure what it was and if it had all of the pieces, but it did. Loopin' Louie is a crazy crop duster who has trouble keeping plane above the barns. On those barns are chickens that are roosting and it is our job to bump Louie up and over our barn roofs.
We really have a great time smacking the levers down to make Louie fly high!

A Prank that Went Wrong...

So, Mark and I heard some giggling go on behind the shower curtain and this is what we found...

So, Mark thought it would be funny to turn on the water...

well, that didn't go over like we thought it would!

We got the chance to babysit Nana and Papa Bob's dog, Ralph while they were on vacation.

Daddy told James to show Ralphie his plate so he could help clean it!

We're On a Mission...

...to find a new park!

Well, not as easy as one would think. We drove around and around and around and finally we found the littlest of little parks around. So, beggars can't be choosers, right?!

The kiddos made the best of it, and had a nice time.

Then, we were off to the library!

Well, so we thought...

Our local library is rather small, so small that they shut down the place for an hour lunch break!!! How, annoying is that!?

So, back in the car we went and headed over to another library.

This library is not one of our favorites, (actually better then ours) but they each got a chance to play on the computers for a while.

So, our day wasn't a total bust!
