Amelia sick?

Yesterday, I took Amelia in to see her doctor. She has been coughing and coughing! Poor little girl had two long nights with coughing fits therefore making sleeping a bit difficult. So, I thought I should bring her in to get checked out to see if breathing treatments were necessary. Our pedatrician is awesome, he puts up with my new mommy worries so well and always allows for plenty of time for me to ask my normal 20 questions! He said Amelia just has a head cold and nothing more and to just keep in eye on her breathing and if that changes give him a call. So, as you can see in the picture, she really is feeling fine and eating well. If we could just get rid of her yucky cough!

Our baby girl is already 7 months old today! Wow, has time flown by! Amelia is sitting now with little to no support and is enjoying eating stage 2 foods. She is awesome at rolling all over the place and giving us the raspberries!!! She continues to be a happy and smiley little girl everyday! James is having fun making her laugh by tickling her and making silly faces at her. He is such a good big brother to her. Whenever Amelia is a little sad or is fussing because she needs something, James is the first one to run over and say "It's ok, Amelia". It really is quite cute!

Geocaches, airplanes and big kid slides!

We were very busy this weekend enjoying the beautiful, warm spring days. Saturday, Aunt Rita, Uncle JP and Uncle Luke came over for a visit. After a tasty lunch we took a walk to the park. We had a lot of fun. Mommy and Daddy also got to do some yard work after everyone left and Amelia and I finally took our much needed naps. Today, Daddy took us geocaching for the first time. Daddy said it is like treasure hunting. We searched and searched, but had no luck today. Maybe next time. The above picture was on our walk to the first cache.

The second cache had a pond and a park near by, so we stopped to play for awhile.
Really, it may not look like it hear, but I really did have a blast running around at the cool playground! Whee!!!

Playdate with Liz, Lauren and baby Ryan!

Everyone smile and say "Cheese!" First there were two friends, then came two little ones and now two more babies. I guess having an intellectual and uninterrupted girl talk is a thing of the past! Right Liz?! NAH! It is just more chaotic fun for all!!
James and Lauren were having fun pulling each other around the living room.
Here are the babies! Amelia, Lauren, Baby Ryan and ... James?? Where's James? Well, we tried hard to get James to stick his head near everyone but, he was more interested in playing with one of Lauren's cool toys. Maybe next time we can get a quick picture of all four of them! Amelia is enjoying eating solid food. We are now on to stage 2 foods like blueberry and applesauce, sweet potatoes and corn and other yummy delectables!

Amelia was such a good little helper as we were busy folding clothes this morning.
